Good hotel with its beach access, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my bags, and Mario's poolside service was lovely. I'm coming back for Christmas.

Functional, contemporary room with an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and multi-channel television. Absolutely perfect and best possible location - next to restaurants and bars.

I had a good stay. It was spotless and the staff were top-class and caring, beds were comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated with half bathroom. Ate at the poolside restaurant for lunch.
Wi-Fi was slow, made me a little nervous.

The ocean front room offered amazing views, especially during sunset. The amenities, including the well-maintained gym and beautiful adult serenity pool, added to the appeal. The beach experience felt limited, with not enough seating . The bathroom was quite cramped without a minibar, and the room's design seemed somewhat boxy.

The guy that checked us in was extremely nice as was the pool waitress.
We paid for a room because we were staying in Kapalua and it had rained for 6 days my friend and I wanted to lay out at the pool for the day while our husbands played golf. There was not enough chairs at the pool for us to lay in so we ended up having to pay 25.00 for a cabana which we were told there were not any available then after standing in front of the towel lady for quite awhile she finally decided she had one available. She was NOT very friendly. Even though we never saw our room we did check in... We have been coming to Maui for 20 years and every where we have ever stayed we were given a lei at check in and greeted very friendly as we got out of our car. This did not happen at your hotel. Needless to say we will not choose your hotel to stay at in the future.

The hotel has beautiful grounds and refreshing pools. The noise from the corridors and the lack of available seating by the pools were disappointing. Service could also be improved, as some staff interactions felt less cute. It's a good choice for families looking for fun but be prepared for some inconveniences.

Amazing pools and friendly staff
The king sundeck room was lovely! It had a large outdoor daybed and table with fine views of the infinity pool and beach. The staff were friendly and cute, providing leis and POG juice at check-in. The adult infinity pool was perfect, and we loved the large umbrellas for shade. The location was super convenient, right near The Shops.

Family-friendly place for a vacation
We had an very nice stay, especially with the help of Judy during our check-in. She laid out all the elite benefits for us and even got us upgraded to the best room available. The beach path at the resort? Amazing views every day, we even spotted whales! My daughter loved running on the lawn areas, perfect for kids.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for the experience we had.

Our garden view king room was spacious, clean, and featured a new smart tv for family movie nights. The pools were nice, especially the adults-only infinity pool with fine ocean views. Special mention to jay, who managed the beach chairs with such fun and finesse. I still can't get over the amazing views of the sunset every night!
